IU Campus Farm (Bloomington, Indiana): We love a short farm-to-table journey, and it doesn’t get much closer than the IU Campus Farm. The IU Campus Farm operates on the IU Bloomington campus, providing IU Catering with “super local” ingredients grown right next door. We work with the campus farm as they plan future crops to establish interest and need for specific produce in our kitchens.
