Shipping Policy

IU Catering takes pride in every product offered and only provides shipping for select products. We strive to deliver the freshest quality product on the requested delivery date or ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

To ensure the freshest quality product, we ship UPS Next Day Air; therefore, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. We are unable to guarantee the time of delivery, and can only provide an estimate. I.U. Catering is not responsible for delays in transit caused by the carrier, or incomplete shipment information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual courier and, therefore, entirely outside of IU Catering’s control.

There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.

Where does my order ship from?

IU Catering products are made on the Indiana University, Bloomington campus.

Are there delivery restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We ship to residential addresses, businesses, venues, and apartment buildings. We do not recommend shipping to a distribution center.
  • If you are shipping your order to a hotel, venue or public center, please include the recipient’s name. IU Catering is not responsible for packages refused by venues.
  • If shipping to a business, please be aware of business hours. UPS delivers between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Please use UPS My Choice to assist with deliveries.

Does IU Catering ship oversees?

At this time we only ship to the domestic United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
